My wife and I have been coming here for years. It's alway our go to spot. Food is delicious, drinks are great, and service is always on point. Never a dull moment at any of the Mad Duck Locations.

The buffalo sauce is perfectly spicy and the chicken is always so tender!

Excellent tacos!!!! ordered them with the chipotle and the pico de gallo on the side for dietary restrictions. They were happy to accommodate.
Nashville Style 'Hot' Chicken Sandwich
Mad Duck absolutely nailed the Nashville Style Hot Chicken Sandwich! The flavor profile was spot on - spicy, savory, and packed with flavor without overpowering the dish. The coleslaw also balanced everything perfectly and added a fresh crunch that tied the whole dish together. The chicken itself was huge, yet somehow still incredibly juicy. I paired it with the Gilroy fries, and honestly, they were the best garlic fries I've had anywhere in Fresno!
Burger Melt
It was a good burger. No pink but still had some juiciness to it. Has a light seasoning to the meat. The ingredients mixed together without one overpowering another. Only down side of a patty melt is that your last couple of bites are just the grilled cheese sandwich part.
Beet Salad
Every time I go to Mad Duck it is the Beet Salad I order. The beets are good for your heart, liver, kidneys, and blood. While the greens are best over all. Don't forget the toppings, pecans, and blue cheese and of course the beets. So so good. I always buy extra white balsamic salad dressing before I leave. There for a while they knew me my first name. It's been a while since I've been back. But since this is my Birthday month I will treat myself to that goodness. Thank you Mad Duck
